Return and Refund

For any damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our Customer Service Department via sales@graceteaware.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and finish, which are not considered defects.

Return policy

In the event that the order or part of the order needs to be returned, the customer must first contact us to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

Returns are accepted on items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Please be advised that our return policy applies exclusively to items shipped within the United States.

Refund policy

To qualify for a refund, the returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in pristine condition. Please note that damaged or deformed items are not eligible for credit. Prior to use, any damage should be promptly reported to Grace Teaware. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items that have been used.

Kindly note that the shipping cost is non-refundable as the package has already been dispatched to the buyer. A restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the returned order will be deducted from the refunded amount.
